Abdominal pain.

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female

A 70× 62 mm unilocular cyst without calcification or enhancing solid component is noted in the left lower para-aortic region, consistent with the mesenteric cyst.

Case Discussion

The patient underwent mesenteric cyst resection, and histopathology evaluation confirmed a benign mesothelial cyst with mural infiltration of lymphocytes.
