Young male with abdominal swelling. Palpable mass in central abdomen.

Age: 25
Gender: Male
ct

Large thick walled cyst with dense wall calcification.

No solid component.

Non organ derived.

 

Case Discussion

Large intra-abdominal cyst, which is not organ derived and not related to bowel ( i.e. a duplication or enteric cyst).

Appearances in keeping with a mesenteric cyst - no solid components and thick wall calcification.
