Very large, heterogeneous well-circumscribed left mid abdominal mesenteric mass.
Case Discussion
Biospy-proven mesenteric desmoid tumor in a young patient. While desmoids can be well-marginated or infiltrative, this appearance is fairly typical and suggestive of the diagnosis. An ultrasound-guided biopsy would be most appropriate to confirm the diagnosis.
