Presentation

Abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 60
Gender: Female
ct

Small volume of low-density pelvic free fluid. No pelvic mass. Small bowel mesenteric fat stranding and prominent but enlarged lymph nodes. SMA/SMV and portal vein are patent.

Case Discussion

Panniculitis is an uncommon manifestation, which is often incidental to presentation.
