Ill-defined ovoid fatty mass encasing the mesenteric vessels, displacing adjacent small bowel loops.

Distortion and mass-like thickening of the mesentery.
Case Discussion
Ill-defined lesion on US and CT surrounding the mesenteric vessels with a clear plane between the mass and the vessels without narrowing the vessels. It is one of the many "do not touch" lesions of the abdomen.
