The ill-defined mesenteric mass-like lesion demonstrates ground-glass opacity with the spared fat halo surrounding mesenteric vessels and soft tissue nodules.
Gallbladder stones.

CT findings are consistent with mesenteric panniculitis with fat ring sign.
The differential diagnosis includes lymphoma, mesenteric carcinoid tumor, omental caking, and intraperitoneal focal fat infarction.
