Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

The ill-defined mesenteric mass-like lesion demonstrates ground-glass opacity with the spared fat halo surrounding mesenteric vessels and soft tissue nodules. 

Gallbladder stones.

Case Discussion

CT findings are consistent with mesenteric panniculitis with fat ring sign.

The differential diagnosis includes lymphoma, mesenteric carcinoid tumoromental caking, and intraperitoneal focal fat infarction.
