Right hippocampus has reduced bulk, increased T2 signal, and lost its normal contour and internal architecture. This represents right mesial temporal sclerosis.
The left hippocampus and both amygdala have normal appearances.
Cavum septum pellucidum et. vergae and prominent perivascular spaces noted incidentally.
