The left hippocampus is small and T2 hyperintense, with loss of the internal architecture. There is also a suggestion of mild increased T2 hyperintensity in the left amygdala.

Conclusion 
Findings are that of left mesial temporal sclerosis.

This case demonstrates typical appearances of mesial temporal sclerosis.
