Opaque right hemithorax sparing a small central area of areated lung.

Circumferential nodular right pleural thickening involving the fissures and associated with reduced right lung volume.

Focus of right diaphragmatic pleural calcification.

Multiple left pulmonary nodules.

Right paratracheal lymphadenopathy.

Diagnosis: Pleural mesothelioma with lymph nodes and contralateral pulmonary metastasis (pathologically proved)
