Diagnosis certain

Presentation

History of slip and fall today in the bathroom, no systemic illnesses. Clinical examination: swelling and tenderness at left hand over the 4th and 5th metacarpals.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Displaced diagonal fracture at the base of the 4th left metacarpal bone.

Case Discussion

Through my practice, I found that the oblique position of the hand during the X-ray also shows the scaphoid bone well.
