History of injury to right hand due to fall at work place, today Examination: No open wound, swelling and tenders on right hand, 4th metacarpal.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

X-ray shows right 4th metacarpal middle shaft displaced fracture 

Soft tissue swelling is noted 

Case Discussion

This case mostly needs surgical treatment to realign and stabilize the fracture fragments
