Presentation

Accidentally the patient hit by a metal jack 2 weeks ago at work, he is a helper, he did not wear safety gloves, on examination: left hand (+) tenderness, dorsum (5th metacarpal area).

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

The X-ray imaging shows a fracture at the middle third of the left 5th metacarpal bone with mild angulation.

A new callus is seen, and mild soft tissue swelling.
