There are ossicles adjacent to the heads of the 2nd and 5th metacarpals and a sesamoid at the head of the 1st metacarpal.
Case Discussion
Incidental ossicles adjacent to the heads of the 2nd and 5th metacarpals. They are well corticated and clearly not acute injuries - they are normal and shouldn't be called avulsions.
