The 1st metacarpophalangeal joint is dislocated dorsally. No definite fracture line seen. No evidence of wrist joint dislocation

Case Discussion

The metacarpophalangeal joint dislocation is an uncommon injury, however, dorsal dislocation is more common than the volar type.
