There is a fracture of the left 5th proximal phalanx and dorsal dislocation of the 5th metacarpophalangeal joint.

Case Discussion
Successful reduction of metacarpophalangeal joint was achieved in Emergency, however given it was an open fracture clinically, formal washout in theater was planned.
