2012 left MLO view shows post-surgical changes related to therapy for left breast carcinoma in 2009. Post-surgical distortion of the parenchyma.

A solid badly defined lesion at 8 o'clock coincides with the mammographic abnormality. IDC on biopsy.
Case Discussion
A breast carcinoma should make annual follow-up mammograms mandatory. Once a patient has a carcinoma her chances of developing another are higher than the general population.
