Predominantly solid large mass in left adnexa. Mild-moderate internal vascularity. Rim of ovarian tissue is noted at its' margin - confirming ovarian nature. Normal uterus and right ovary.

Routine annual FU study 5 yr later. Intervals scans since Lt oophorectomy have been normal.

Rapid increase of the right ovarian mass, now with central cystic component and overall appearance very similar to the initial left tumor.
