Played with clothespins and inadvertently swallowed or inhaled a part.

Patient Data

Age: 6 years
Gender: Male

Patient is rotated slightly to the right.
Metal spring in the bronchus intermedius.

Neck, chest, and upper abdomen are otherwise normal.
