A dense metallic thin structure (hair pin) is seen lodged within the right posterior basal segmental bronchus.
Small thin right lower lung lobe posterior segment atelectatic band is noted. Otherwise, clear both lungs with no evidence of masses, consolidation or cavitation.
Case Discussion
Right posterior basal segmental bronchus metallic foreign body (hair pin) with a small right posterior basal atelectasis.
