An obscured mass is present at right breast accompanied by several ipsilateral axillary lymphadenopathies with SAD less than 14 mm.
Innumerable low enhancing masses are seen at liver less than 30 mm. Most of the become isodense with surrounding parenchyma on delayed images.
Osteoblastic lesions are seen at thoracolumbar vertebra and bony pelvis.

Known case of right breast cancer; pathology proven invasive ductal carcinoma with right axillary lymphadenopathies, osseous and hepatic metastases.
