Metastatic breast carcinoma: with bone and liver metastases

Known case of breast cancer with a history of left side mastectomy presented with generalized bone pain.

Patient Data

Age: 55-year
CT scan demonstrates multiple hypodense lesion espesially in the posterior segments of the liver   with washout in the delay phase(not shown here). There is no evidence of medistinal lymphadenopaty. Focal peritoneal thickening near the liver represents peritoneal seeding.There are also multiple sclerotic skeletal lesions and evidence of left side mastectomy as well.The uterus is myomatous.

Multiple skeletal and liver metastasis associated with evidence of peritoneal seeding in a known case of breast cancer.
