Metastatic breast carcinoma - with lung and liver metastases

Presentation

Known case of breast cancer with history of left side mastectomy presented with bone pain and abnormal liver function test

Patient Data

Age: 65
Gender: Female

CT scan shows multiple spiculate nodules, reflecting hematogenous pulmonary metastases.There are innumerable liver metastasis with peripheral ring enhancement in arterial phase represent hypervascular nature of the lesions. There are also multiple sclerotic skeletal metastasis as well.
