A heterogeneous and highly vascular mass that is infiltrating the uterus in this postpartum patient. Multiple serpiginous parauterine structures are seen.

Also, there are multiple hypervascular lung lesions, compatible with pulmonary metastases.

There is a voluminous and heterogeneous mass involving the right lobe of the liver, probably of the same nature.

Accessorily, incomplete rotation of the right kidney.

Case Discussion

The findings are consistent with metastatic choriocarcinoma. The histological diagnosis was confirmed postoperatively. The patient was treated with high-dose of chemotherapy and is now almost free of metastases.
