Metastatic colon cancer

Presentation

Abdominal pain and constipation.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Female

Multiple ill-defined low enhancing masses are seen in the liver measuring less than 60 mm. 

The gallbladder contains several small stones. 

Increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration is present at the rectosigmoid accompanied by several regional lymphadenopathies with SAD less than 10 mm.

A 48 × 38 mm soft tissue density mass is noted in the vicinity of the diseased segment inferring tumoral deposit. 

In addition, the left ovary is infiltrated and enlarged measuring 73 × 66 mm.   

Case Discussion

Pathology proven rectosigmoid adenocarcinoma with regional lymphadenopathies, peritoneal tumoral deposit, hepatic, and suspected left ovarian metastases.
