Metastatic colon cancer

Increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration is present at distal transverse and splenic flexure of the colon accompanied by pericolic fat stranding and several small regional lymphadenopathies.
Multiple ill-defined low enhancing masses are seen at liver less than 38 mm.
In imaged portions of lower thorax; a few nodules are seen at both lung bases less than 17 mm.
The right ovary is enlarged measuring 60×50mm in diameter.
Case Discussion
Pathology proven colon adenocarcinoma with small regional lymphadenopathies, hepatic and lung metastases.
