Presentation

Abdominopelvic pain and chronic constipation.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male
ct

Multiple hypovascular masses are noted in the liver parenchyma. 

Sigmoid colon is redundant. Increased wall thickness was seen in its mid portion, result in luminal narrowing and dilatation of proximal colon.

The prostate gland is enlarged.

Sigmoid colonic tumoral infiltration; pathology proven adenocarcinoma with hepatic metastases.
