Metastatic descending colon adenocarcinoma

Circumferential increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration is present at the distal portion of the descending colon, accompanied by pericolic fat stranding and a few small regional enlarged lymph nodes.
Multiple ill defined varying sized low enhancing masses are seen at the liver less than 50 mm, consistent with metastases.
In imaged portions of the lower thorax, multiple nodules are seen in both lungs inferring metastases.
The prostate gland is enlarged.
Case Discussion
Descending colon mass, pathology proved adenocarcinoma, with regional enlarged lymph nodes and hepatic and pulmonary metastasis.
