Circumferential increased wall thickness suggestive for tumoral infiltration is present at the distal half of the esophagus. There is no sign of local invasion and no mediastinal lymphadenopathy.
Case Discussion
Distal esophageal mass; pathology proven adenocarcinoma with para cardia and upper pre aortic lymphadenopathies.
Renal, hepatic, and pancreatic cysts could be suggestive for autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease.
