Right upper abdominal pain and nausea with a history of gastric adenocarcinoma.

Numerous irregular margin necrotic masses with different sizes the largest is up to 60x50mm and heterogenous enhancement in hepatic lobes are seen. Mass like mucosal thickening with lobulated margin and thickness up to 24mm and asymmetric growth in gastric distal segment extended within perigastric fat in some parts and a few malignant type lymph nodes SAD up to 43mm in related perigastric and gastrohepatic ligament fat are seen.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates pathologically proved gastric adenocarcinoma with liver metastasis. The main treatment of gastric adenocarcinoma is surgery and in case of more than three liver metastasis and/or metastasis larger the 50mm has poor prognosis and is usually inoperable.
