Marked increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration is present at the gastric cardia, subcardia and proximal of the lesser curvature, accompanied by a few small regional enlarged lymph nodes.
Two 44 mm and 40 mm low enhancing masses are seen in the liver inferring metastasis.
The prostate gland is enlarged.
Degenerative changes as osteophytosis are seen at the lumbar spine.
Grade I spondylolisthesis of L5 on S1 is present with bilateral spondylolysis.
Case Discussion
Gastric mass; pathology proved adenocarcinoma with regional enlarged lymph nodes and hepatic metastasis.
