Presentation

Shortness of breath. Basal crackles.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female

Right paratracheal mass with right upper lobe volume loss. Innumerable pulmonary nodules throughout both lungs. A large mass projects over the cardiac silhouette. Expansile lesion of the left posterior 5th rib.

Innumerable pulmonary lesions noted. The largest lesions are in the right upper lobe and left lower lobe. Left pleural effusion. Expansile lesion of the 5th left rib.
