Metastatic melanoma

  • enlarged neck (right cervical level IV) lymph nodes
  • right axillary mass (likely amalgamated nodes)
  • right internal mammary lymph node chain & subcarinal enlargement
  • enlarged porto-caval lymph node
  • enlarged right adrenal gland
  • liver metastasis
  • splenic metastasis

Case Discussion

This patient presented with metastatic melanoma after ignoring the enlarging melanomatous lesion and the right anterior chest wall swelling.
