Metastatic mixed germ cell tumor of the testis

There is a large heterogenous retroperitoneal mass with encasement of IVC right ureter and aorta (at the level of bifurcation) wich cause right hydronephrosis and bilateral common iliac vein thrombosis.There is also a hyperdense stone in the upper pole of the right kidney.
