Metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma

Presentation

Abdominal pain and elevated liver enzymes.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female

A 35×30 mm low enhancing infiltrating mass is present at the posterior aspect of the pancreatic body that encases the distal position of the celiac artery and proximal of its hepatic and splenic branches. The distal pancreas shows parenchymal atrophic changes and mild duct dilatation.

A few lymphadenopathies are also noted at paraaortic and peripancreatic spaces with SAD less than 13 mm.

There are also multiple hetero enhancing masses at the liver less than 38 mm.

A 22 mm fat density mass is noted at the right adnexa inferring dermoid cyst.
