An ill-defined low-enhancing mass is noted in the pancreatic tail.
Multiple ill-defined low-enhancing masses are seen throughout the liver less than 40 mm, inferring metastasis.
The prostate gland is enlarged.
Grade I spondylolisthesis of L5 on S1 is present with bilateral spondylolysis.
Case Discussion
Pancreatic mass; pathology proved ductal carcinoma with hepatic metastases.
