A 47×37 mm multilocular thick-walled cystic mass is seen at the pancreatic tail, accompanied by peripancreatic fat stranding.
At least four low enhancing masses are seen in the liver. The largest one measured 22 mm, located at segment 4a of the liver. The intrahepatic bile ducts distal to this mass are dilated.
A few cortical cysts are seen in the kidneys.
The prostate gland is enlarged.
Case Discussion
Pancreatic mass; pathology proved mucinous carcinoma with liver metastasis.
