Metastatic rectosigmoid colon cancer

Presentation

Abdominopelvic pain and chronic constipation.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female

Increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration is present at the rectosigmoid colon, measuring about 10 cm in length. Surrounding fat stranding and several small regional lymphadenopathies are also observed with SAD less than 15 mm.

Multiple ill defined low enhancing masses are seen at the liver less than 85 mm.

A 55 mm simple cortical cyst is noted at mid portion of the left kidney. 

Case Discussion

Rectosigmoid mass; pathology proved adenocarcinoma, with regional lymphadenopathies and hepatic metastases.
