Abdominopelvic pain and chronic constipation.
Patient Data



Increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration is present at the sigmoid colon, measuring about 12 cm in length, accompanied by pericolic fat stranding and several regional enlarged lymph nodes with SAD less than 12 mm.
Multiple varying size hetero enhancing masses are seen in the liver less than 120 mm.
A 5 mm gallstone is noted.
Degenerative changes as osteophytosis are seen in the lumbar spine.
Grade I spondylolisthesis of L4 on L5 is present.
Case Discussion
Sigmoid colon mass pathology proved adenocarcinoma with regional enlarged lymph nodes and multiple hepatic metastases.
