Presentation
Abdominal pain and mass feeling and chronic constipation.
Patient Data
Several nodules are seen at both lungs less than 12mm.
Multiple low enhancing masses are seen throughout the liver less than 85mm. Increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration is present at sigmoid colon measuring about 12cm in length; accompanied by several regional lymphadenopathies with maximums SAD of 19mm. Additionally, several small lymphadenopathies are noted at para-aortic regions with maximum SAD of 12mm. There is no sign of local invasion to adjacent structures. A little amount of pelvic free fluid is also evident.
Degenerative changes as osteophytosis are seen at the thoracolumbar spine.
Case Discussion
Pathologically proven sigmoid colon adenocarcinoma with regional and para-aortic lymphadenopathy with hepatic and pulmonary metastasis.
