Metastatic sigmoid colon cancer

Increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration is present at the mid to distal part of the sigmoid colon. Pericolic fat stranding and several regional enlarged lymph nodes are also evident.
There are three hypo attenuating masses in the liver that show peripheral enhancement with progressive fill in.
The prostate gland is enlarged.
