Prostate carcinoma with bony metastases. History of multiple falls, now reduced mobility on ward and reduced sitting balance ?spinal mets

Patient Data

Age: 80 years
Gender: Male

Metastases throughout the spine.

T4 pathological fracture.  Epidural soft tissue at this level compressing the cord.

L2/L3 disc.

Urinary retention.
