There is focal periosteal reaction with fracture line at the lateral aspect of the proximal third of 5th metatarsal consistent with a stress fracture.
An accessory navicular is seen.

Case Discussion
Typical location of stress fracture of the 5th metatarsal bone. No clear displacement in the fracture. No intra-articular extension is seen. Treatment by splint is enough.
