Metatarsal neck fractures

Minimally displaced comminuted transverse fractures through 2nd to 5th metatarsal neck.
Ther is also a mild lateral displacement of the 2nd to 4th metatarsal head.
Medial sesamoid with a bifid shape is seen.

The patient presented through ER with acute pain and swelling of the right foot after trauma.
