Presentation

Right hemiplegia for two years.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

Encephalomalacic changes in the territory of left middle cerebral artery. Chronic ischemic changes are also seen in the right pareito-occipital junction. Bilateral basal ganglia calcification (benign findings for this age group). Age-related brain parenchymal involution.
