T1 hypointense and T2 hypertintense mass lesion with high signal in DWI and no contrast enhancement located between the right sphenoid wings and sinus and the MCA. Digitate extension towards the frontal lobe.

Path proven epidermoid cyst. A mucocele of the left sphenoid sinus is also present.
