Presentation

Trauma history: fall on right hand in bathroom 1 week back. Musculoskeletal system: swelling with tenderness noted on right little finger, the right little finger range of movements restricted due to pain.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

X-ray shows non-displaced fracture at the middle phalanx of the right little finger.

Case Discussion

This non-displaced fracture shows minimal sings of new callus formation, needs only immobilization by finger splint.
