Grey scale and colour Doppler US through the upper abdomen show whirling vessels and surrounding small bowel loops on transverse scan and corkscrew appearance on longitudional scan.
SMA-SMV relation is reversed. Note splenomegaly and mesenteric lymphadenopathy.
