Presentation
The chief complaint is a pain in the left arm for 10 hours after the patient slipped on a wet floor at work and fall on a flexed elbow, on examination: deformity and pain in the left middle humerus, no pain at the shoulder or elbow joints.

X-ray shows displaced fracture in the middle third of the left humerus.
No dislocation is noted in the left shoulder.
Case Discussion
Clinical examination should exclude vascular and neural injury.
This fracture needs ORIF by intramedullary nail or plate and screws.
