Transverse midshaft humeral fracture with medial displacement and anteromedial angulation of the distal fracture fragment. Minimal impaction.

- type of fracture, e.g. complete vs. incomplete
- morphology of fracture
- e.g. transverse, oblique, spiral, etc
- any comminution
