Biliary stent. It is a long stent (the length of a ureteric rather than a typical biliary stent).
A considerable length of the stent is in the duodenum.

The ureteric stent has migrated into the bowel and made its way into the distal descending colon.
Case Discussion
Common bile duct stents can migrate. It is unusual to observe such a long stent being placed in the bile duct.
The stent only has the sigmoid and rectum to navigate to complete its passage.
